Welcome to Bridgeway
Bridgeway Apartments provides assisted-living and supported employment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an environment that allows the maximum level of independence for each resident.
This 24-unit complex is located in Picayune, Mississippi.
At Bridgeway, residents are encouraged to reach their full potential for independence. Residents actively participate in community activities, work, and demonstrate personal responsibility.
Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, age 18 or older, seeking independence and fulfillment may apply for residency.
Assisted Living and Supportive Services
Bridgeway Apartments bring together supportive services and assisted living.
Residents enjoy:
- Fully accessible, one bedroom, single-occupancy, efficient apartments.
- A safe location in a pleasant neighborhood.
- A comfortable, inviting community area for recreational and social activities.
- Support Services including Behavioral Health Services, Supported Employment, Residential Habilitation, and Wellness Programs.
- Staff assistance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Non-residents:
- Support services include supported employment.

Featured Resident

Carol has been living at Bridgeway since March 1, 2008. She has been employed with Burger King since July 2008 and her job duties include cooking and maintaining the front lobby. Carol is very involved in the community and bowls in the community bowling league where she consistently bowls in the 200s. She is also part of the Bridgeway dance group, "Angels of Harmony". The dance group performs in local events as well as out of state events.
