Saint Francis Community Services, Inc. is proud to announce the 3rd Annual Tournament of Hope Golf Tournament. The Tournament of Hope will be on Friday, May 16, 2008 at the Salina Country Club with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. and tee time at 8:00 a.m. Saint Francis Community Services is also announcing that former K-State football coach, Bill Snyder, will be the featured lunch speaker. He is also the Chairman of the Kansas Mentors Council and his philosophy and personal mission is helping children to guide and support them. He is a great advocate for children and this is the reason he was chosen to speak on behalf of Saint Francis Community Services. Bill Snyder retired in November 2005 after 17 seasons as the head coach of the Kansas State Wildcats. Snyder has been named the national coach of the year for the years of 1991, 1994, and 1998, and he was voted by his peers as conference coach of the year, five times. He is the 14th fastest coach in the history of college football to win 100 games, and he coached 33 AP All-Americans and produced 42 NFL Draft picks during his tenure at K-State. Please join us and help support Saint Francis’ cause in serving the abused and neglected children, youths, and families of Kansas. |
