Assisted living services for male and female adults with developmental disabilities.  Includes supportive services in health, employment and social activity.

Located on 180 acres south of Atchison, Kansas, the Atchison Lodge is available to various community groups and organizations; ropes course; and, adventure-based program.  Capacity for overnight accommodations is 24. 

Case managers work with youths and families experiencing difficulties to develop a plan and links to needed resources to resolve their struggles.

Youth Opportunity Leadership Program (YOLP) provides adolescent boys and girls the opportunity to experience and develop moral and ethical values.  The program is appropriate for juvenile offenders and youths at high-risk for becoming juvenile offenders.  Referrals for YOLP come from the courts, county attorney’s offices, community corrections departments, Juvenile Justice Authority, SRS and private referrals. 

Emergency temporary care shelter for male youths ages 12 – 18 who are in danger to themselves, to peers and to adults, and need a temporary shelter. 

Provides comprehensive services to children and parents that will keep children in their homes and families together.  This is achieved by forming partnerships with SRS, the courts, schools, other treatment and service agencies.  Includes intensive in-home mediation and therapy to youths and families. 

Provides permanency in the least restrictive environment possible to youth ages birth through 18, and in some cases 21.  Includes respite care for caregivers and training for foster families.

Keeping Kidz At Home provides preventive services for at risk youths and families.  Case management services are provided.

Assures foster children are placed in the least restrictive environment consistent with their needs.  Oversees the Care Center to manage placement for children from Region 4 in Kansas in out-of-home placements.  Provides adoption services for children with identified resources.

Residential treatment centers for adolescent males who typically have a profile of mental health illness and/or chronic behavioral problems.  Includes programs staffed and equipped to treat seriously disturbed adolescent males, sex offenders, Alcohol and Drug Treatment for juveniles who are at high-risk for chemical dependency.  Youths who have stabilized emotionally may be moved to a lower level of care within Saint Francis Community Services’s continuum of services.    

VORP works in collaboration with the local juvenile justice system to provide an alternative to the traditional court processes for youthful offenders in non-violent crimes.  VORP facilitates face-to-face meetings between victims and juvenile offenders.  The process offers victims an opportunity to meet offenders in a safe, structured setting and engage in a mediated discussion of the crime.
